Berlin (Germany) — Dr. Inmaculada Ros-Madrid represented the ODiM Lab at the 2026 Congress of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) in Berlin, where she was selected to deliver an oral presentation on our latest findings on the role of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in MASLD.
