Murcia (Spain) – Super proud of Andrés Balaguer Román, who successfully defended his PhD thesis, “Intestinal Microbiota as a Potential Prognostic Marker of Response to Bariatric Surgery in Patients with Pathological Obesity” and was awarded a PhD degree! Special thanks to Dr. Frutos for her dedication and continuous support during co-supervision, and to Dr. Jose Maria Balibrea, Dr. Luis Ocaña-Wilhelmi, and Dr. Pedro A. Cascales for serving as dissertation committee members and providing valuable feedback during the thesis defense.
